The Hartford Yard Goats released their 2019 schedule and will open the season at Dunkin' Donuts Park on Thurs., April 11.
The home opener will be against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at 7:05 p.m. following a weeklong road trip to start to the season.
The team will play a total of 70 games at home in Hartford in 2019.
The Yard Goats will host the Red Sox affiliate, the Portland Sea Dogs (9 games) with visits in April, May and August. The Yard Goats will host the Yankees affiliate, the Trenton Thunder (6 games) in June and August. In addition, the Yard Goats will host the New York Mets affiliate, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (6 games) in June and August. The Yard Goats will entertain the Yankees and Mets affiliates for an entire homestand, June 4-9.
