The Hartford Yard Goats are returning home for a three-game weekend homestand against the Akron Rubberducks at Dunkin' Donuts Park.  Friday's game will include a salute to local service members as part of Military Appreciation Night.

Gates will open at 6 p.m. with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m.  WWII veteran Fen Feigenbaum, 92, will throw out a ceremonial first pitch.

The homestand continues on Saturday evening with a game, which will start at 6:05 p.m.  Following the games Friday and Saturday nights against the AA-affiliate of the Cleveland Indians fans will be treated to fireworks.

The Yard Goats will wrap up the homestand on Sunday before a roadtrip to Bowie and Binghamton.  First pitch for Sunday's game is 1:35 p.m.  Promotions on Sunday include a baseball cap giveaway and Chompers' birthday celebration.  Kids will also be able to run the bases after the game.
