Following recent outages, the federal healthcare hub was down for maintenance Saturday night through Sunday morning, resulting in some problems accessing the Access Health CT website, according to a release from Access Health CT.
Maintenance began at 9 p.m. Saturday and continued overnight. Full service was expected to be restored around 9 a.m. Sunday.
During maintenance, the Remote Identity Proofing, Social Security Administration and Advanced Premium Tax Credits sections of the site were offline. Customers therefore were not be able to enroll in the Medicaid and Advanced Premium Tax Credit determinations.
Customers could continue to create accounts and shop anonymously for pricing comparisons, according to the release.
Access Health CT is a quasi-public agency created to facilitate Connecticut's new health insurance exchange under the Affordable Care Act.
The maintenance comes a week after the Oct. 29 outages. The areas of the site undergoing maintenance this weekend were the ones that experienced outages.
