An arsonist has struck twice at an Enfield house.
Wednesday morning's blaze has neighbors concerned that the person(s) setting them will start targeting occupied homes after a rash of suspected arson incidents at vacant buildings.
On Wednesday, a fire was set at 376 Elm Street for the second time.The first time in November, a barn behind the home was burned to the ground. Both are suspected as arson, fire officials said.
Other fires were set in a 300-yard radius of each other.
