Bloomfield police have issued a silver alert for a missing 24-year-old woman.
Police said that relatives reported Sophia Silva missing Thursday. She was last seen in Hartford on May 24. Silva has developmental disabilities, according to police, and may be with her boyfriend Capri Rogers, 28, in the Henrico County, Virginia area.
Police said they have a arrest warrant out for Rogers on misdemeanor threatening and harassment charges but it is non-extraditable.
Silva is described as female, around 5-foot-4, 295 pounds. Her nose and tongue are pieced, she has a V shaped scar on her back, a scar and mole on her ankle and a large scar on her thigh. Relatives said when she was last seen she was wearing her hair in an afro style.
