Rocky Hill police are investigating after a body was found at Quarry Park Tuesday.
Police said they were called to the park around 10:15 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive person near a walking trail. Officers responded and found a female victim dead on scene.
The victim has not been publicly identified pending notification of the family.
Police said it does not appear there was ever any danger to the public.
The death is under investigation.
No other information was immediately available.
