Firefighters put out a brush fire in Bloomfield on Wednesday.
The fire was burning in the north end of Penwood Park off Tariffville Road, according to fire officials.
Firefighters from Simsbury and Blue Hills helped Bloomfield Fire Department to contain the blaze.
The fire burned about three-quarters of an acre, fire officals said.
