Where's Waldo?
That's what animal control officers and curious residents in Milford are still asking, now six weeks after a runaway cow, called "Waldo," was first spotted.
Neighbors near Old Field Lane have eyed the wayward bovine several times.
Officers are planning a trek into the woods next week to finally bring the cow they call an "urban legend," back to its hometown of Orange.
