Authorities confirm several beaches on Cape Cod have been closed to swimming.
The following beaches have been closed to swimming: Nauset Beach in Orleans; Coast Guard Beach in Eastham; Nauset Beach in Eastham; Marconi Beach in Wellfleet; head of Meadow Beach in Truro.
The only Cape Cod National Seashore beaches open to swimming on Monday are Race Point Beach and Herring Cover in Provincetown, according to officials.
The beaches are closed due to rough waters and rip tides.
No word when the red flag warnings will be lifted.
