Part of a Southbury plaza is closed after a car crashed into several pillars Tuesday.
It happened in front of DiPalma's Restaurant & Pizzeria in Union Square off South Main Street.
The roof can be seen sagging significantly.
The restaurant was closed at the time of the crash. A restaurant employee told NBC Connecticut that the main entrance of the restaurant is blocked but they are still open. Customers can enter from a secondary entrance.
It was not clear if anyone was hurt in the crash.
No other details were immediately available.
