Part of East Main Street in Westport will be closed for several hours after a driver hit a telephone police just after 8 a.m.
East Main Street will be closed between Compo Road North and Whitney Street for a significant period of time to repair of the telephone pole and Eversource estimates the repairs will take around five hours.
No injuries reported with the crash
