High Top Circle in Hamden is closed after a tractor hit a utility pole and snapped it, according to police.
Police responded to Pine Rock Avenue and High Top Circle around 7:30 a.m. and said it appears a man started his tractor and it rolled down the hill and hit a pole, snapping the pole.
No injuries are reported, but High Top Circle is blocked and the road is expected to be closed until around 11:30 a.m.
