An off-ramp on Interstate 91 north in Hartford that was briefly closed after a crash on Wednesday morning has reopened.
State Dept. of Transportation officials said the right lane was closed near the exit 33 off-ramp. It has since reopened.
It's unclear how many vehicles were involved in the crash or if anyone was injured.
