3 Injured in Crash in Hartford

Three people are in the hospital after a crash in Hartford Tuesday night and one of them has serious injuries.

Officers responded to the intersection of Barbour and Nelson streets just after 11:30 p.m. after the two-vehicle crash and found a gray Chrysler Pacifica and a white Nissan Rogue on the sidewalk, police said.

The Hartford Fire Department pulled the driver of the Rogue and a person who was in the Pacifica from the vehicles.

The driver of the Rogue was transported to an area hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries, according to police. No one else was in the vehicle.

The two people who were in the Pacifica were transported to an area hospital for treatment.

The Hartford Police Crime Scene Division is investigating. Anyone with any information about the case is asked to call the HPD Tip Line at 860-722-TIPS (8477).
