Interstate 91 south in Cromwell has reopened after a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Tuesday morning.
State Dept. of Transportation officials said the crash was between exits 22N and 21 and the left and center lanes were closed. The highway has since fully reopened.
It's unclear if anyone was injured in the crash.
