Route 202 in Litchfield was closed for hours after a car hit a pole around 9 p.m. on Sunday.
The road was closed between Goslee Road and Old Turnpike Road.
Injuries are reported to be non-life threatening, according to state police.
The pole the driver hit belongs to Frontier, while the wires are Eversource’s.
The road reopened on Monday morning.
