Firefighters are working to put out a blaze at a four-story abandoned building in Meriden.

Crews said it's a 3-alarm fire on Cook Avenue.

The fire broke out on the third floor. It has since been knocked down, but officials said there's burning in the cockloft above the fourth floor.

Several nearby towns responded to the scene to help put out the fire.

No injuries were reported.
