Crews have repaired a water main that broke in Newington on Monday morning.
Metropolitan District officials said an eight-inch water main that was installed in 1976 broke near 90 Eagle Drive.
The shut down affected about 15 houses from 122 Eagle Drive to Groveland Terrace, authorities said.
Service was restored around 2:30 p.m.
