State Budget Deficit Heads Toward $1b

Budget figures seeming to be growing the wrong way for Connecticut. Minority Republicans predicted Monday that the deficit in the current budget may rise to a billion dollars, more than triple the shortfall that the General Assembly will deal with on Wednesday.
