Dalai Lama to Speak to Sold-Out Audience in Danbury

Western Connecticut State University in Danbury has sold out all 3,500 seats for a visit by the Dalai Lama this week, but alternatives are available to hear the spiritual leader of the Tibetan people.

WestConn will broadcast the live feed at Ives Concert Hall at the university's Midtown campus. It has 750 seats.

For those who cannot attend, you can watch the video feed in real time as the talks take place at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18, and 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 19.

The webcast will be posted on YouTube after the talk.
