A 21-year-old Hartford man was shot and killed in Hartford on Tuesday night.
Charles French was shot in the head near the intersection of Laurel and Niles street around 11 p.m., according to police.
Officers spent most of Wednesday morning gathering evidence from the scene They released the victim's name on Tuesday afternoon..
Authorities did not release additional circumstances surrounding the shooting.
