Firefighters and medics responded to Interstate 95 South in Stratford after a car crashed into a box truck and state police said the injuries might be serious.
The crash happened near exit 30, between the ramps, and the right lane was closed, but the scene has cleared.
One driver is trapped in a vehicle and crews responded to extricate him.
