A good bargain is hard to find, but it doesn’t have to be.
Groupon, a hot deal of the day website, has been around for a little while in Hartford and soon, it will expand to Fairfield County.

You sign up and check your email, Facebook or Twitter feeds for daily deals. Once you find the local bargains, you can share them with your friends. The deals are activated only when a minimum number of people agree to buy.
The idea behind Groupon is that you get the bargain and businesses gets a ton of new customers.
Subscribers can even earn money in Groupon bucks by referring friends. But, to benefit, you have to print the voucher or upload it on your cell phone first. Then you have to show it to the store clerk to get your discount.
