Survivors and families of the Station Nightclub fire in Rhode Island will soon see money from lawsuits over the blaze.
A federal judge signed an order Tuesday requiring $176 Million in settlement funds to be put into a trust account within 90 days.
That money will then be distributed to the relatives of the 100 people killed in the Feb. 20, 2003 fire at the club in West Warwick, R.I.
Survivors of the fire will also receive funds from the settlement.
Eight people from Connecticut died in the fire that began when pyrotechnics used by the band Great White ignited soundproofing foam around the stage.
The amounts that each survivor or victim's family will receive will vary.
