Light Snow Leads to School Delays

Accumulating snow is possible, especially near the Massachusetts line

An Alberta-clipper brought light snow across parts of Connecticut Wednesday into Thursday morning.

Snowfall accumulations were relatively light with the area near the Massachusetts border seeing a couple of inches.  The rest of the state had a coating Thursday morning.

Several schools did delay opening to give plow crews a chance to clear the roads before school buses picked up students.  Click here for the list of school delays.

Thursday will start with some flurries before clearing out.

There are a couple of more chances for snow or a wintry mix in the next week.
