Residents of Greenwich, Darien, Pawcatuck and two from Fairfield have the most recently confirmed cases of swine flu in the state, according to Governor M. Jodi Rell's office.
A total of 33 positive cases have been identified among Connecticut residents.
In a statement from her office, Gov. Rell says, "Happily, the cases we have seen continue to be relatively mild and people are recovering without needing to spend time in a hospital."
Cases are distributed among counties this way: Fairfield, 22; Hartford, 5; New Haven, 3; New London, 2; and Middlesex, 1.
