A GoFundMe page is collecting donations for the family of Kamorah Stanley, a 4-year-old girl who died when she was thrown from a car that crashed on Interstate 91 in New Haven over the weekend.
Kamorah was one of eight people – including her mother, father and two brothers, ages 5 months and 8 years – riding in an SUV that crashed on I-91 northbound in New Haven on Saturday night.
Kamorah was killed. Her two brothers, along with five adults, were injured.
In the days since the deadly crash, a GoFundMe page has been set up to raise money toward Kamorah's funeral expenses.
"She was a caring and loving little girl who was loved by everyone she came in contact with," the page says. "She is deeply loved and missed by a host of family and friends."
The page has raised $480 and has set a goal of $36,000.
"Any donations big or small will be greatly appreciated to help Kamorah a proper home going service," the page says.
