For anyone who's been kept out of a business' bathroom because they're not a customer, a local blogger has done the work for you and given a breakdown of bathrooms that are available, and appealing, in Downtown Hartford, if you've really gotta go.
RealHartford.org has looked at some public restrooms in the city and picks the best places when you have to go on the go.
For instance, Hartford City Hall's restrooms are surprisingly clean, the blogger found and the Hartford Public Library got mixed reviews.
