Gov. Ned Lamont is scheduled to participate in a Veterans Day wreath laying ceremony Wednesday afternoon.
The event will take place at a 2 p.m. at the Connecticut State Veterans Ceremony in Middletown.
Lamont will be joined by the state's veterans affairs commissioner Thomas Saadi.
