Gov. Dannel Malloy will be opening his doors to trick-or-treaters Thursday night for Halloween.
The governor and first lady, Cathy Malloy, will be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters at the Governor’s Residence in Hartford from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
The Governor’s Residence is located at 990 Prospect Avenue.
