A 23-year-old Greenwich man was killed in a crash on Interstate 95 Southbound on Thursday morning.
Michael Defruscio, of Cobb Island Drive, struck a construction cone near exit 3 at 3:46 a.m., struck a jersey barrier and a state Department of Transportation sign trailer.
Defruscio died from injuries. The two passengers, both Cos Cob men, were transported to area hospitals to be treated for minor injuries.
