Hartford Police arrested a man on Sunday involved in a shooting.
27-year-old Anthony Torres was charged with first degree assault, home invasion and carrying a pistol with a permit, police said.
The shooting took place on Feb. 9 on Sumner Street.
Torres shot the victim in the groin. He underwent surgery and is now in stable condition, according to police. Torres allegedly shot the victim after an argument between the two.
He is held on a $550,000 bond.
