A 61-year-old Hartford woman who suffers from dementia has been found safe after being reported missing on Sunday.
Minerva Vargas was reported missing at 8:40 a.m. Sunday after she went for a walk around 6 a.m. and did not return, according to police.
She was found in West Hartford and appeared to be in fine health, police said.
