Flood Watches Canceled as Heavy Rain Moves Out

Flood watches have been canceled across all of Connecticut as the heaviest of the rain has moved out.

On average 1-2 inches of rain fell quickly across western Connecticut with lesser amounts in eastern CT.

The forecast holds a few more showers into the overnight and a scattered shower is possible on Easter Sunday morning.

A shower is possible at sunrise on Sunday with some breaks in the clouds by afternoon. More showers are expected to arrive by Monday afternoon.
