A home was destroyed by fire in Killingly Sunday.
Dayville fire confirms they responded to a single family home on North Road around 4 p.m. When they arrived they called for assistance from the tanker task force. It took crews about one hour to knock the fire down.
No one was injured, but the structure is a total loss. At least one person is displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
