Hundreds of Delays and Closures After Blizzard Dumped Snow on CT

There were hundreds of school delays and closures today, the day after a blizzard brought more than a foot of snow to several Connecticut towns, roads remain snow covered and more snow is on the way tonight.

Between one and three inches of snow is likely tonight into Saturday morning. Then, a wintry mix is in the forecast for Sunday.

Road crews, businesses and residents continue to clean out today after up to nearly 20 inches of snow fell in parts of the state.

"I don't ever want to go through this again," said Michael Rivera, of Waterbury, who spent the day plowing parking lots and driveways. "This reminds me of that storm we had back in February years ago. It's ridiculous."

Bradley Airport continues to remove snow and around 63 percent of flights were canceled today. Airport officials urge passengers scheduled to travel tomorrow to confirm their flight status.
