A Hartford man is injured after a crash on Interstate 691 east in Cheshire Tuesday night.
State police said a 22-year-old Hartford man was driving a Ford Focus and struck the back of a Nissan Sentra near exit 3 just before 8:30 p.m. After the crash, he was transported to Saint Mary's Hospital.
State police said earlier that the highway was closed between exits 4 and 5 overnight after a rollover crash with ejection.
No other injuries were reported.
The highway reopened early Wednesday morning, but closed again at exit 3 around 9 a.m. while police followed up on the crash, state police said. Authorities said the highway has fully reopened.
