Police have released the names of both drivers killed in a wrong-way driving accident on I-91 in Wethersfield early Sunday morning.
State police said 22-year-old Albert Correa was driving south on the northbound side of I-91 near exit 26 when he struck the vehicle of 34-year-old Jonathan Villalobos, of Springfield, Mass.
According to authorities, Correa was pronounced dead at the scene. Villalobos was taken to Hartford Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The highway was shutdown for several hours in that area around 6 a.m. The highway has since been reopened and the crash remains under investigation.
