Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing mom, Jennifer Dulos, was released on bond on Tuesday. He walked out of court in Stamford after pleading not guilty to charges of tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution in connection with the case. See details of his release here.

Prayers for Big Papi

Former Red Sox slugger David Ortiz was shot in the back while at a bar in his native Dominican Republic on Sunday night. Authorities there said the attack was orchestrated, but did not say what the motive may have been. Ortiz was brought to Boston where he is recovering after multiple surgeries. Police say they've arrested a man after V. Stiviano was allegedly attacked by two men outside a Manhattan hotel Sunday.

Stewart Shames Congress

Former "Daily Show" host Jon Stewart blasted Congress during a committee hearing on a fund for sick and dying 9/11 first responders on Tuesday. He was upset when several lawmakers on the committee failed to show up for the hearing. Stewart's nearly 10-minute lashing of Congress may have sparked support for legislation to continue funding the program. The committee voted in favor of it the following day. NJ Nightmare

Nearly 200 dogs were rescued from a nightmare hoarding situation in New Jersey on Tuesday — some pregnant, many sick and most having had only limited human contact. Photos of the dogs released by the MCSPCA show emaciated animals with matted hair, clouded eyes and a variety of other apparent ailments. For more on the incident, click here.

Jordan's Back

Jordan Spieth announced he will return to Cromwell next week to play in this year's Travelers Championship. Spieth is the 2017 Travelers Championship winner. His holeout on the first playoff hole is one of the most memorable PGA Tour endings ever. See more on his return to the tournament here.
