JetBlue's Coming to Bradley

By November, you will have one more way to Florida and out of the cold. JetBlue Airways will begin service from Bradley on Nov. 17.

The popular discount airline will begin travel from Connecticut to Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.

There will be two daily nonstop services to both Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and Orlando International Airport.

“This is a big win for all of us – our travelers, our business partners and Connecticut’s economy,” Gov. M. Jodi Rell said in a news release. “Our citizens tell us they want more travel options and JetBlue is just the partner to help us do just that. More and more, Bradley is leading the way in creating the solutions our customers demand.”

“For many years, the public has been asking, ‘When is JetBlue coming to Bradley?’ As of November, that will become a reality!” Eric N. Waldron, Airport Administrator of Bradley International Airport, said.

Ticket prices will be as low as $69 each way from today through April 30 at www.jetblue.com for travel between Nov. 30 and Dec. 15.
