Residents of a Greenwich apartment complex complained that watches, silver spoons and even diamonds were taken from their apartments,
Now they know the man behind the thefts was the former complex manager, Michael Orr.
On Thursday in Stamford Superior Court, Orr, 33 of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, pleaded guilty to eight counts of third-degree burglary and five counts of first-degree larceny, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Orr used a master key from January 2009 to September 2010 to get into the apartments and steal the jewelry and other items, police said.

Orr will be sentenced on July 7 and faces a minimum of six years in prison. He must also make restitution to his victims. He remains in custody.
His wife, Elissa Temple-Orr, 32, is also facing charges. Prosecutors said she helped her husband by taking the stolen items to the pawn shop.
Temple-Orr told police she knew her husband was stealing and they were using the money from the thefts to feed their heroin addiction, the Stamford Advocate reports.
