A judge has rejected a motion to dismiss former Governor John Rowland's convictions for election fraud, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.
U.S. District Judge Janet Bond Arterton dismissed Rowland's motion for acquittal Tuesday, saying his lawyers haven't presented enough proof that there wasn't enough evidence for the convictions.
Rowland's next due in court in January.
