Snow has been falling for hours across Connecticut, which led to more than 100 school delays or closings in the state as well as issues on the roads.

The system will pull away sometime during the midday. Northern areas will see less accumulation. Winter weather advisories have been issued for the southern portion of the state.
Highs Monday will be in the upper 30s to mid-40s and with the mild temperatures, any accumulated snow should disappear quickly.
