A New Haven man has died after his car hit a barrier on Route 34 early Saturday morning, according to state police.
State police said 32-year-old Jason Goglas, of New Haven, was heading south on Interstate 95 at the exit 47 off-ramp to Route 34 when his Nissan Sentra hit a guardrail, bounced off of it and hit one barrier wall, then another on Route 34 inbound.
The crash was reported at 2:02 a.m. Saturday and Goglas was pronounced dead at the scene, according to state police.
