Man Hospitalized After Shooting in Hartford

A man is in stable condition after a shooting in Hartford Wednesday morning. 

Police said the man was shot on Franklin Avenue and he was taken to Hartford Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. 

Detectives are investigating.
