Hartford police are investigating after a man was shot early Monday morning.
Officers responded to Heath Street at 2:15 a.m. and found a male victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the groin area.
He was transported to an area hospital.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and is investigating.
