Hartford Police are investigating a shooting on Martin Street in which a man was shot and sent to the hospital.
He is now in stable condition, according to Lieutenant Paul Cicero of the Hartford Police Department.
The incident occured Sunday evening.
Detectives from the Major Crimes Division are handling the investigation, police said.
It is unclear if anyone else was injured during the incident.
