Hartford police are investigating after a man was shot on Main Street on Sunday afternoon.
Officers said the man was shot in the area of 1988 Main Street around 3:30 p.m.
The man was conscious and alert and has a non life-threatening injury, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing.
