A Bristol man is accused of trying to take photos of a woman in the dressing room of an Old Navy store in South Windsor over the summer and has been arrested.
The investigation started in August when staff of the Old Navy store on Buckland Road reported that a man was trying to take pictures of a woman in a changing room and ran into nearby woods when he was confronted.
Officers could not find the man when they searched for him but identified 24-year-old Rick Martin, of Bristol, from surveillance video and obtained an arrest warrant for him, according to police.
Police arrested Martin Friday and he was charged with risk of injury, breach of peace in the second degree and voyeurism.
He was released on $35,000 bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 10.
