Manchester Home Invasion Suspect is ‘Armed and Dangerous': Police

Manchester police are trying to find the suspect in a home invasion who they say should be considered armed and dangerous.

Police say 19-year-old Josian Rodriguez was involved in a violent home invasion on Wetherell Street on February 19. Authorities allege that during that home invasion, Rodriguez and two other suspects robbed a juvenile victim.

Rodriguez is described as 5-foot-9, and 165 pounds. He is known to hang out in the Hartford and East Hartford areas.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Detective Robert Dwy at 860-643-3373 or Manchester Police Department Investigative Services 860-645-5510.

Rodriguez’s alleged co-conspirators, identified as 24-year-old Dujean Hines of South Windsor and 24-year-old Dorian Laboy of Vernon, have both been arrested and face multiple charges including home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, and first-degree robbery.
